Portugal will be represented at the Winter Olympic Games, Milan-Cortina 2026, by three athletes: Vanina Guerillot and Emeric Guerillot, in alpine skiing, and José Cabeça, in cross-country skiing. Vanina Guerillot and José Cabeça will repeat their presence at the Games, after having already been to Beijing 2022, while Emeric Guerillot will make his debut in Milan-Cortina, an event that will take place from the 6th to the 22nd of February. After placing 43rd in the giant slalom and not finishing in the slalom in Beijing2022, Vanina Guerillot, 23, will compete again in the same two events, with the giant slalom on February 15th and the slalom three days later. Emeric Guerillot, 18 years old, will participate in three races, putting Portugal back in the Super G, in which the country has not had representatives since Lillehammer1994, a race scheduled for February 11th. On February 14th, Guerillot will compete in the giant slalom, with the slalom scheduled for February 16th. José Cabeça will repeat his presence at the Winter Games, after 88th place in the 15km classic style in Beijing 2022, competing, in cross-country skiing, in the sprint on February 10th and, three days later, the 10km freestyle. The president of the Winter Sports Federation of Portugal, Pedro Flávio, will be the Head of the Portuguese Mission to Milan-Cortina 2026.
