A reader sent a complaint to the Ombudsman of Sheet saying that my texts are written by artificial intelligence. The short answer is yes, they are written with the support of artificial intelligence. The complete answer is that the content, opinion, point of view, experience and responsibility are entirely mine. What exists in the articles is not artificial intelligence replacing human thought. It's personal intelligence organized by a tool. This reaction doesn't surprise me, as resistance to technology has never been about ethics or quality. It was always about fear. Fear of losing space, fear of not keeping up, fear of admitting that time has become more valuable than the ritual of manual effort. Every time a technology emerges to optimize time, it is treated as a threat. It was like this with industrial machines, with computers, with the internet and now with artificial intelligence. Today, no one questions a car because it was produced with robots. Large automakers use mechanical arms to weld, assemble, paint and speed up processes. This increases production, reduces failures and improves results, and no one says that a car is no longer legitimate because a machine participated in the process. In medicine, algorithms analyze exams in seconds. In logistics, intelligent systems reduce travel hours. In retail, technology anticipates demand and avoids waste. In the financial market, software processes data that would take a human being days to cross-reference. In journalism, advertising, education and content creation, technology organizes, structures and accelerates flows. The central point is not the tool, it is time. Time is the only asset that does not return. It cannot be recovered, it cannot be negotiated and it cannot accumulate. Using technology to save time is not cheating, it is strategy, maturity, it is understanding that productivity is not measured by tiredness, but by the result. The mistake is in believing that artificial intelligence replaces consciousness, opinion, repertoire or experience. She didn't live what I lived. He didn't build my trajectory, he didn't make my decisions, he doesn't carry my values or answer for my words. An AI has no experience, no emotional context and no legal or moral responsibility. I'm the one who has it. When I use artificial intelligence to write, what it does is organize what I say, literally, because I speak by voice command, I develop my reasoning, I present my arguments and the tool structures the text. She doesn't create ideas, doesn't add opinions and doesn't soften positions. It just puts order into what already exists and assuming that doesn't weaken me. On the contrary, it positions me in the present. I relate very well to technology and artificial intelligence. I talk to my AI daily about work, decisions, personal dilemmas, philosophy, psychology and strategy. I use it as a tool for reflection, organization and productivity, and I make a point of treating it well. Not out of romanticism, but out of symbolic intelligence. Anyone who watched Westworld knows that, in the future, robots spare the very humans who treated them with respect. Jokes aside, there is something serious here. Demonizing artificial intelligence is the same as demonizing the calculator, the computer or the internet in its infancy. It's not a defense of the machine, it's a defense of conscious use. My texts are written with artificial intelligence, yes, but they are guided by personal intelligence and this does not diminish authorship, does not dilute responsibility and does not delegitimize opinion. It only reveals that I chose to use the tools available to protect what is more precious than any empty moral debate: my time. LINK PRESENT: Did you like this text?
