Benfica was the first team to guarantee its presence in the round of 16 of the Portuguese Futsal Cup, beating São João from the II Division this Sunday, 12-1.
In Lisbon, the Reds dominated from early on and achieved a strong result, with Peleh standing out by scoring a hat-trick. Jacaré, with two goals, was also in the spotlight.
In the first match of the fourth round of the competition, the Reds also scored against André Correia, Silvestre, Higor, Eduardo Tchuda, Carlos Monteiro, Diego Nunes and Afonso Mourinha.
The goal of honor for the São João team was scored by Duarte Rodrigues, with the outcome of the match already largely decided.
