Ernesto Valverde had to once again draw up an appeal to the circumstances to host Sporting de Portugal tomorrow in the decisive game of the Champions League. The coach had already announced this morning that Viviane suffered some physical discomfort and almost ruled out Nico Williams. Finally, neither of them are in the 22-player relationship. The central defender suffers an overload on the adductor muscles in his left leg and the winger has not yet fully recovered from pubalgia. It’s also low Aymeric Laportewho is in the final stretch of recovery from the “serious” muscle injury suffered at the beginning of December.
In this situation, the trainer called four puppies, the central one By Luisthe midfielder Ibon Sánchezthe center forward Asier Iron and the extreme left Elijah’s Gift to cover the absence of Nico. It is the first call-up for the 18-year-old signed to Liverpool after a good performance at Bilbao Athletic.
