The private jet that transported Rafa from Istanbul to Portugal landed at Humberto Delgado Airport at 10:55 am, minutes after being diverted from Tires airfield, where it could not land due to strong winds.
At around 11:40 am, the player’s girlfriend, Cláudia Duarte, the businessman, João Araújo, and the dog, a Dobermann, discreetly crossed the airport’s arrivals area and then left the airport facilities.
