A goal from João Vasco, close to half-time, allowed Lusitânia de Lourosa to return to winning ways in the II League (1-0) and, thus, take off from a Torreense side in crisis in the championship, to which they have lost for six games in a row.
The first half, balanced, ended with 1-0 for the Lusitanians, in the 39th minute. Shortly afterwards, João Vasco celebrated his double, but the move was canceled due to Arsénio’s offside.

Torrreense’s response was felt, above all, in the last quarter of an hour, but the visitors were able to hold on to their precious advantage until the final whistle.
Lusitânia de Lourosa, who won four of the last five games they played in the II League, rose to seventh place in the standings, with 23 points. Three points away, Torreense follows, in ninth place.
