From now on, the tap has closed! No more players can be registered in professional football leagues. Liga Portugal announced the final list of contracts received by midnight, with some well-known names.
Sporting loaned defenders in this final stretch José Silva to Arouca and Rafael Pontelo (remember?) to Farense, both until the end of the season. Portuguese youth international Gil Martins left FC Porto for Gil Vicente.
Estrela signed up the young Mozambican Eduardo Hubo (Ferroviário Maputo), as well as the Brazilian Vinicius Lago (Bragantino) and the Algerian Brahimi Billal (Santos). Rio Ave also registered several reinforcements, the most resonant Tamble Monteiro.
Rhaldney left Goztepe for Santa Clara and Casa Pia acquired full-back Pedro Rosas from Felgueiras in the II League. Rafael Barbosa (Leixões) and Tiago Parente (Felgueiras) take the opposite path, exchanging the first division for the second.
