The clinical bulletin of Sporting is increasingly clear, but there are still some enigmas to be resolved regarding the physical condition of two athletes with their eyes set on the game against FC Porto. We talk about Zeno Debast and Fotis Ioannidis. Based on the data collected by our newspaper, it is almost certain that the Greek, injured since January 6th, will miss the match, and there is hope, albeit negligible, for the striker’s recovery. The return of the Belgian central defender will be more likely, although there is also no absolute certainty.
Definitely out of Rui Borges’ options, if no other last-minute impediment arises, is Geovany Quenda, the winger who is recovering with Chelsea from a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his right foot.
As for the lion’s disciplinary record, it is clean, after Matheus Reis served the second of two punishment games against Aves SAD following his expulsion after the end of the game in Arouca (2-1, second goal in compensation).
