Carlos Cardoso, emblematic figure of Vitória de Setúbal, passed away this Saturday, aged 80. Former player, captain and coach, Carlos Cardoso played a role in the Bonfim club for more than half a century. As a player, he spent his entire career at Vitória, from 1964 to 1977, with emphasis on winning a Portuguese Cup (1966/67). As a coach, he took charge of the Sadina team several times throughout his career, the last time in the 2008/09 season. «One of the most emblematic figures in the history of Vitória.
