Ecuadorian footballer Kendry Páez joins River Plate on loan from Chelsea. The agreement between the two clubs for the transfer was made official on Friday night. «The midfielder signed a contract with the club on loan, with no option to buy. When signing the contract, the football player was accompanied by president Stefano Di Carlo", says River Plate, in a statement. “Kendry Páez has joined Argentine side River Plate for the rest of this year after being recalled from Strasbourg,” reports Chelsea. Launched by Martín Anselmi at Independiente del Valle as a senior, aged just 15, in February 2023, the year in which Chelsea had already secured him, Kendry Páez, international for Ecuador, was in the first part of this season in Strasbourg (21 games, one goal) in his first European adventure. He now has a new transfer, still without having played for Chelsea. READ MORE: everything about the transfer market
