The Quixadá under-20 team, based in the state of Fortaleza, will celebrate New Year's Eve on the road, as they travel to Araraquara, in São Paulo, located more than 2,700 kilometers away, to compete in the famous Copinha. This authentic epic of modern times will take the Quixadá delegation to pass through 62 Brazilian cities, in six different states, until arriving in Araraquara, presumably next Friday. On the Globoesporte website, the club's president, Emerson Bruno, explained that the option of making the long bus trip was due to financial reasons. Even so, it will cost more than nine thousand euros. In the initial phase of Copinha, the biggest youth football competition in Brazil, Quixadá is part of Group 15 together with Ferroviária, Cuiabá and América do Rio de Janeiro.
