Milos Raonic, former world number 3 and beaten finalist at the Wimbledon tournament in 2016, has announced the end of his career. «It's a time that will come one day. You know this, but surprisingly, you are never prepared. I'm aware that I never will be", reacted the 35-year-old Canadian tennis player in a post on social media. Owner of a powerful service, Raonic was considered a possible world number 1, but ended up having a career marked by multiple injuries that prevented him from reaching his full potential. Still, he became the first Canadian to reach a Grand Slam final (after defeating Roger Federer in 2016 - in the cover photo - he was defeated by Andy Murray in the title match on London grass) and was world number 3 in 2016. Milos Raonic hasn't competed in a year and a half, more specifically since his defeat in the first round of the Paris Olympic Games. He says goodbye with eight ATP titles won.
