The contractual termination between Edoardo Bove and Roma is official. After negotiations between the two parties, the midfielder is preparing to return to the pitch after more than a year off. The 23-year-old midfielder suffered a heart problem during the Fiorentina-Inter match in December 2024 (he was on loan to the 'Viola') and never played again. There is the possibility of playing with a subcutaneous defibrillator, but Italian regulations prevent its use. As such, Bove is preparing to head to another country. According to the Italian press, he should soon sign for Watford, in the English second division. Bove made his debut in Roma's first team with Paulo Fonseca and was supported by José Mourinho during his time at the club. The Italian under-21 international continues his career, despite the scare.
