Without winning since December 13th, Eintracht Frankfurt announced Albert Riera as their new coach this Friday. The 43-year-old Spanish coach is the successor to Dino Toppmoller, who could not handle the results crisis and was fired almost two weeks ago. A former Spanish international, Riera played for clubs such as Manchester City, Liverpool and Galatasaray. As a coach, he was assistant at Galatasaray, before starting his solo adventure. He spent time at Olimpija Ljubljana and Bordeaux and was now completing his second experience at Celje, the current leader of the Slovenian championship. Eintracht Frankfurt, by the way, is eighth in the German League. 𝘽𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙙𝙤, 𝘼𝙡𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙩! 🇪🇸 🦅Albert Riera will be the new head coach of Eintracht Frankfurt.
