And it was precisely there that Laegreid began commenting on his performance in the race, to the microphones of the Norwegian station NRK: «It's a huge achievement. It’s my first Olympic medal and I want to thank everyone who helped me along the way.” So far, everything is normal. But what followed was completely unexpected, with the 28-year-old athlete confessing to cheating. That's right, a betrayal.
