Gil Vicente announced, in the last hours of the market, the signing of Gil Martins, from FC Porto.
The Barcelos club confirmed a relationship with the player until 2028.
According to the statement from the “dragons”, the Invicta club still holds 50 percent of the 19-year-old midfielder’s transfer. However, the deal values were not disclosed.
«In the last hours of the January market, FC Porto reached an agreement with Gil Vicente to transfer, on a definitive basis, the sports registration rights and 50% of Gil Martins’ economic rights, maintaining the remaining 50% of the athlete’s economic rights», says FC Porto, in an official note.
Gil Martins played one game for FC Porto’s B team this season and now joins the fifth-placed team in the League.
