The Portuguese Diogo Gonçalves is returning to European football and was presented, this Thursday, as a reinforcement for the Turkish side of Konyaspor. The 28-year-old player signed a contract valid for two and a half seasons with the team that occupies 14th place in the Turkish championship. Diogo Gonçalves recently ended its connection with Real Salt Lake, from MLSwhere he has been since August 2024. Last year, in 35 games, he scored four goals and provided six assists. The Portuguese winger, it should be said, was trained at Benfica and has also played for Famalicão, Nottingham Forest and Copenhagen.
