Regarding the issue of raw foods, I am very clear: I love the oil that comes from this tree, the big one, the olive tree, the olive tree, the oil. It’s very healthy because it has antioxidants such as polyphenols, polyunsaturated fats that help reduce cholesterol, both bad and good, it is very tasty and very healthy”, begins Jordi Cruz.

“But to help you choose, The olive oil manufacturing process is pressed and filtered, it is not refined, it is extra virgin. And olive oil sells for more or less from 8 euros, an average price. There are other fats made in the same way and very healthy, such as coconut and avocado. The coconut one usually costs around 15 euros per liter and the avocado one costs 21”, explains the chef.
