There is (a lot of) Fame and (a lot of) profit. The away games have not scared (at all) the blue and whites of Minho and the recent defeat (1-4) suffered at Estádio do Dragão, the day before yesterday, for the round of 16 of the Portuguese Cup, was just a setback in the highly meritorious journey that Famalicão has been taking away from Vila Nova this season. So far, and considering the Portuguese League and Cup, the team coached by Hugo Oliveira has played nine official matches as a visitor and the balance is clearly positive: five wins, three draws and only one defeat — precisely the one already mentioned against FC Porto. Before this trip to the Porto amphitheater, the Famalicenses had triumphed in the strongholds of Tondela (1-0), Aves SAD (1-0), Nacional (1-0) and Estoril (2-1), all for the championship, having also drawn with Casa Pia (1-1), Arouca (1-1) and Moreirense (2-2). In parallel, and before being eliminated at the feet of the dragons, the Minho team had also been successful in the trips they had made during the campaign in the main competition: São João de Ver (3-0) and Estoril (2-1). But to these data we must also add another very relevant one: Famalicão scored in all their away games, something that says well about the audacity of the blue and whites of Minho. And to further prove this record, there's nothing better than another game at the home of a... great one. Famalicão will face, on Monday (8:45 pm), Benfica, at Estádio da Luz, and, judging by the sample, the Reds should be careful. A proven team will travel from Vila Nova to Lisbon and wants to continue to prove why it is considered one of the good teams in the current edition of the League. Although he is not expected to start at Luz — Gil Dias and Sorriso are expected to play on the attacking wings —, Romeo Beney is emerging at the Famalicense emblem. The young Swiss winger, just 20 years old, has been injured for several weeks, but was a substitute in the last two matches, against FC Porto (1-4) and Estoril (4-0) - previously he had only played against Santa Clara (3-0) and Tondela (1-0), in the first two rounds of the championship - and seems to be rocking...
