Real Madrid reported that Kylian Mbappé is suffering from a sprain in his left knee.
The French forward underwent an MRI this Wednesday, after feeling discomfort in his knee in the last games of the year. According to the Spanish and French press, Mbappé is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks.

Thus, the 27-year-old player will miss the Spanish Super Cup, which takes place in Saudi Arabia, between January 7th and 11th.
Remember that Benfica hosts Real Madrid in Luz on January 28th, in the last round of the Champions League phase.
Mbappé has scored 29 goals in 24 games and is Real Madrid’s top scorer this season.
