Noah Saviolo, from Vitória de Guimarães, was named the League’s young player of the month for December.
The 21-year-old Belgian winger collected 19.82 percent of the coaches’ votes and beat competition from Samu and Victor Froholdt, both from FC Porto, who totaled 18.92 and 11.71 percent, respectively.
In December, Saviolo did not score any goals or assist, but started all four games played by the Victorians in the championship.
