Statements by Benfica coach, José Mourinho, in the press room at the Rio Ave FC Stadium, after the 2-0 victory, in the 18th round of the League:
If this is Benfica’s best first half in the League:
«I believe it is, but I can’t forget how many games Benfica has played away from home. If at Luz we have played some good games, I think our career away from home has been very convincing. The way we won in Guimarães, in Moreira, here… strong first half, with a 2-0 result short of what we had done, against a good team.”
Schjelderup and Prestianni on the wing, Barreiro on 8 and Sudakov on 10. If this is what has been said for the team:
«You have to ask whoever is talking about this, because I don’t understand anything about tactics. Those who talk about these things are people who know a lot. It’s talking to them, I understand little about that.”
